I just wanted to real quickly go through all the things going on the next couple days.
Wednesday:
All athletes competing at state (including alternates) we will have a TEAM meeting at Noodles and Co. in Farmington at 5. The meal will cost around $10. If you do not want to spend the money on the dinner you don't have to but I do want you to be there with the TEAM. The following athletes will then head down to Provo with the coaches and stay at the Super 8 motel in Provo across the street from the track.

Thursday:
The bus will leave at 7:00. Be here on time. Coach Williams will be riding the bus with the TEAM both days. If you are going to watch the meet and you did not sign the excuse list in class today you need to email me and let me know so I can add you to the excused list.
Friday:
The bus will leave again at 7:00. After the meet all those that rode the bus and anyone else attending the meet that wants to can meet us at Brick Oven south of the track for dinner. It is easiest if everyone just ordered the sampler and we pay for it all on one check. The cost of the sampler is $15 and includes pizza, all you can eat salad bar and a drink.
Monday:
Davis High Relay Carnival
We will be doing some fun relays during class. 4x200, DMR, Shuttle Hurdles, etc... The Coaches will also be competing in a decathlon. I know that you have seen me tear up when I get emotional, but this is your chance to see me cry out of pure pain.
Tuesday:
TEAM BBQ and awards. This will be at Barnes Park at 6:00. We will provide the burgers and hot dogs.
